Terms and Conditions

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering into this draw, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

1.       Publik Agency and/or Nelson Building Society (the Promoters) reserve the right at their sole and absolute discretion to extend, withdraw, cancel, suspend, modify and/or recommence this draw at any time, including if their ability to fulfil their obligations is limited at any stage by any form of technical failure or other circumstance outside their control. 

2.     Entries must be received by the Promoters during the Promotional Period. The Promoters accept no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries or for any person's inability to complete or continue an entry or for any inaccurate information that may have been supplied or not supplied (as the case may be) as a result of misuse or failure of any equipment, technical error, inaccurate data entry or deletion of data, transmission communication, software limitation or failure, website access, alteration to entry information, or any combination of the foregoing that may occur whilst entering the draw. 

3.       Only one entry per person will be accepted.

4.       The Promotional Period is from 17 November 2025 to midnight NZ time to 14 December 2025. 

5.       Entries are deemed to have been received at the time of receipt by the Promoters. The Promoters' records will be final and conclusive as to the time of receipt of an entry. 

6.       The winning entrant will be notified by either phone or email. 

7.       The Promoters reserve the right to request such further information as they may reasonably require in relation to the entrant. 

8.       The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

9.       Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will void an entry. 

10.   If the prize winner does not claim their prize within 14 days, that winner will forfeit the prize with no right of compensation and the prize will be redrawn. This process will continue until the prize is claimed. 

11.   Entry is open to New Zealand residents. 

12.   To enter: an eligible participant must complete the online survey during the Promotional Period and provide their full name and contact details. This will give the eligible participant one entry into the draw.  

13.   Employees of Publik, Nelson Building Society and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter this promotion. 

14.   Your individual responses are confidential. Personal information provided to the Promoters to enter the draw will not be associated with your survey entry, nor will it be kept by the Promoters or any other party. 

15.   The prize is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be taken for cash. If a prize is unavailable for any reason including due to unforeseen circumstances, the Promoters may substitute another prize that it considers, in its sole and absolute discretion, to be of equal value, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winners will be drawn at random by the Promoters upon completion of the survey promotion. One winner will be awarded one $200 Prezzy Card. 

16.   Claim for the prize: the prize will be couriered to the winner from the Promoters, therefore once contacted, your address for delivery will need to be provided.
